 Todd Corley is Senior Vice-President and Global Chief Diversity Officer at Abercrombie & Fitch. In his role, Todd reports directly into the Chairman & CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch. During his tenure, he has worked collaboratively across business units to position A&F as one the most progressive and innovative in terms of employee engagement, measurement and accountability, policy integration and inclusion training. He is a co-founding member of the country’s first-ever Diversity Management concentration, housed at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies and chairs their Chief Diversity Officer Consortium. Recently, he was named Chairman of The National Society of High School Scholars Foundation, an international foundation serving 900,000 members (from the Millennial generation) across 160 countries. Through his leadership, in 2011, Abercrombie & Fitch became a founding corporate member of the European Diversity Awards, which recognizes the outstanding work of senior leaders who champion and promote equality across Europe. Since 2007, he has been a fixture on various “Top 100 Executive” lists including SAVOY and Uptown magazine. He has also appeared on EBONY magazine’s “30 Leaders under 30” list and The Network Journals “40 Leaders under 40” listing. Todd is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), the premier leadership organization comprised of the most senior African-American corporate executives in Fortune 500 companies. He received his MBA from Georgetown University and is a graduate of the inaugural Brand & Reputation management program created by Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth. He is married to Dr. G.P. Fleming and they have two children, Olivia & Austin.
