Marvin has over 20 years of business management experience and 85% if his employees identify as justice involved. As an individual with lived experience, Marvin is committed to providing a fair chance to anyone who has been impacted by the justice system. Marvin has dedicated his professional career to supporting people who are justice involved through employment and advocacy. He is an active member of the Center for Employment Opportunities’ Advocacy Leadership Council pushing policy reforms that support people who are justice involved.
