I currently have the privilege of leading a national network of consultants, coaches and trainers. In partnership with JoDee Curtis, we are helping solopreneurs in the “people” space grow their businesses and better serve their clients.  I have been an educator, writer, marketer, business developer, connector, and content strategist at different times in my life. Now, I am all of those things at once. After years of connecting folks just because I couldn’t help myself (including the young man next me on the airplane and my daughter), I am now building a business on the promise that connection is powerful, valuable, and vital to being human.

Andrew Magliozzi is the CEO and Founder of Mainstay.  Andrew has dedicated his career to developing technology to help students learn and succeed. Before founding Mainstay in 2014, he founded Signet Education (2005) and KarmaNotes (2010). Andrew has an undergraduate degree from Harvard College '05 and also attended Hack Reactor '13. In his spare time, Andrew practices the ancient art of Italian Yoga.

Hakeem Isaac is a former investment banker and passionate entrepreneur who is dedicated to ensuring future generations have equity and belonging in the workplace. He earned his Accounting degree from Morehouse College and was professionally trained by the likes of Goldman Sachs, PricewaterhouseCooper, and Fifth Third Bank.

Hakeem is the Co-founder of unboXt, Inc., a platform focused on improving the employee / manager relationship. unboXt takes employee feedback and provides managers with real-time feedback and insights to drive team motivation, morale, and engagement. Prior to founding unboXt, Hakeem worked at Fifth Third Bank. While there Hakeem had the opportunity to work in a variety of markets and was named the youngest appointed Corporate VP within the bank’s $170B footprint.

When Hakeem is not working on his startup, he enjoys competing in triathlons, or teaching financial literacy to anyone willing to listen.

Carolyn Peer (CEO and Cofounder of Humaxa) is an award-winning Human Capital Management industry leader with an MA in Instructional Technology and a BA in Cognitive Neuroscience. Carolyn started her career as the Lead Instructional Designer at an early stage HR Tech startup called ProBusiness. Carolyn helped build the business and ADP acquired ProBusiness in 2003. After taking a leadership position at ADP (running one of ADP’s Learning & Performance organizations for National Accounts), she guided ADP to a top-20 placement in Training Magazine's Top 125 organizations and a top-5 placement in CLO Magazine's worldwide ranking in 2014. Carolyn left ADP in 2017 to join forces with two associates and to found Humaxa, offering a Machine Learning-powered Digital Assistant that predicts and prevents workforce issues.

Gita is executive vice president and general manager of immersive healthcare at Penumbra, Inc. With more than 25 years in the medical device industry, Gita leads a diverse team of developers and specialists to bring virtual reality-based immersive technology to a broad range of healthcare settings with an extensive library of activities and experiences to address various health conditions. Prior to joining Penumbra, Gita worked at Stryker Corporation in product management, strategy, business development and information technology. Gita received a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami (FL) and an Executive MBA from Santa Clara University.

Coa offers employers & their teams hundreds of live & on-demand emotional fitness classes on topics like resilience, leadership, burnout, building psychological safety, and more. All of Coa’s classes are rooted in an accessible, interactive, and therapist-led approach that employees love. As Head of Emotional Fitness, Vaneeta leads the creation of Coa's live class experiences and curriculum, and the training of our skilled facilitator team. Through her background in clinical psychology and facilitation, she brings an engaging and down-to-earth approach in helping people prioritize mental health through the practice of emotional fitness. With more than 10 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, facilitator, educator, and public speaker, Vaneeta has worked with teams at Lyft, Yelp, Twitter, Reddit, and Dropbox to help managers and executives develop core leadership skills. Her expertise includes principles of behavior change, cross-cultural dynamics, and adult learning.
