Joyce E. Taber is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice and is a member of the firm's Complex Employment Litigation team. Ms. Taber's practice focuses on defending corporate clients in employment litigation and wage and hour matters, including classwide allegations, in federal and state courts. Ms. Taber also represents clients before the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state/local fair employment agencies. Her practice includes litigation and client counseling under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, and other federal and state employment laws.

Additionally, Ms. Taber counsels employers on independent contractor classification issues, including defending independent contractor classifications before state agencies and advising clients on compliance issues associated with independent contractors reclassified as employees. Her practice also includes conducting board-level independent investigations regarding alleged code of conduct violations, workplace harassment claims, and whistleblower allegations.

Thuy Sindell works with leaders and their teams to build strategies and skills toward getting different and better results from themselves individually and collectively as a team. She also partners with human resources departments to create high-potential programs to ensure development and retention of key leaders.

Bill brings over 20 years of corporate experience in sales, line management and human resources within the financial services industry, and most recently as a Vice President at a Fortune 500 company.  Bill supports senior executives in developing their leadership skills to optimize cross-enterprise collaboration, direct reporting relationships and strategic planning results. In his final work with Schwab, Bill consulted to senior leaders within his Enterprise on issues around employee engagement and retention.

Mike Psenka is the senior vice president of Workforce Analytics for Equifax Workforce Solutions and the founder of eThority, a provider of world-class analytics to the human capital, higher education, commercial, and government markets. In 2011, Equifax Workforce Solutions acquired eThority to offer an unparalleled analytics tool to its customers. Earlier in his career, Psenka worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers within their Open Systems Technology group implementing financial and manufacturing systems. Ken Janssen is Director of Human Resources and Guest Service Analytics for Caesars Entertainment. His primary responsibility is enriching the experience for both guests and employees alike through innovative tools and internal business consulting. In his role, he oversees all employee and guest service analytics and reporting across a base of 70,000 employees and over 400,000 guest satisfaction surveys. His team is also responsible for calculating the Health & Wellness eligibility for all employees participating in Caesars’ world-class wellness plan. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelors in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Ohio University.

Greg Williams, The Master Negotiator and Body Language Expert, has studied and practiced negotiation tactics and strategies for more than 30 years. He’s spent over 20 years studying the way body language can affect negotiation outcomes.
