She has more than 20 years of experience in HR.  Prior to joining SHRM, Bettina was Director of Human Resources for the City of Alexandria, Va., where she was responsible to the city manager for the effective and efficient management of all human resource responsibilities, programs and projects. Prior to that role, she was director of human resources for the National Association of Social Workers in Washington, D.C.

Sheree Galpert, Learning and Creativity Director for IBIS, is an organization development consultant and trainer, as well as a professional actor and educator.  She is head writer, director, and facilitator for IBIS's Interactive Theater programs, whose audiences have ranged from 15 to 1500.  Sheree also oversees the development of IBIS's e-Learning programs, working with the creative team to determine the concept, style, and approach for each project.  She particularly enjoys finding the tone and "feel" that are just right for the client - funny? heartfelt? thought-provoking? Inspiring?  A short list of Sheree's clients includes Microsoft, Sun Life Financial, Harvard University, Verizon, Campbell's Soup, Xerox, Staples, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and the Alzheimer's Association. As an actor, Sheree has performed on professional stages from coast to coast and border to border.  Sheree received her Master’s in Organization Development from American University/NTL, and her BFA from the University of Washington.

Octogenarian Rita Moreno still remains one of the busiest stars in show business. In the Spring, Rita will begin production in the Latino remake of Norman Lear’s classic sitcom, One Day at a Time, for Netflix. This past December she received a Kennedy Center Honor for her lifetime contributions to American culture. Prior to that she served as the 2015 Grand Marshal of the National Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York City and released her first ever all Spanish language album, Una Vez Mas, produced by her good friend, Emilio Estefan. She also lends her voice to the character, “Abuelita” in the new animated series, Nina’s World, currently seen on NBC-TV’s Sprout Network. She also was the voice of “Aunt Mimi” in the animated film, Rio 2. Her first book, Rita Moreno: A Memoir, published by Celebra Books, instantly became a New York Times Bestseller. In 2011, she premiered her one-woman show, Life Without Make-up, an original stage production about her life and also appeared as a season regular on the TV Land series Happily Divorced, playing Fran Drescher’s mother
