Lauren Aguilar, PhD—partner at Paradigm—is one of the world’s foremost scientific experts on diversity and inclusion. She specializes in translating science into practical strategies that organizations and individuals can use to cultivate more diverse and inclusive workplaces. She examines how people work together in communities—how they communicate and connect with others, and how they see themselves “fitting in” at work. Her research demonstrates how to create a sense of belonging for all individuals in an organization.
Lauren got her PhD in social psychology at Columbia University and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Clayman Institute for Gender Research and the Department of Psychology at Stanford University.

Francisco Estrada is a recruitment and D&I leader with sports, media and financial services industry experience. He joined MLS in April 2016 as Senior Director - Recruitment and Diversity and in this role he leads the strategy and execution off all League recruitment efforts and he is also responsible for developing a diverse network of qualified candidates for MLS talent pipeline consideration. In addition, he will develop D&I initiatives that align with the League’s business goals.
