Tyronne is the new Vice President of Global Diversity & Inclusion for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, a global hospitality company with widely recognized, industry leading brands and a tradition of innovation developed over its more than 50-year history. At Hyatt, Corporation Stoudemire Collaborates with senior leadership team to implement culture, talent, and marketplace strategies that leverage diversity and inclusion globally growing the enterprise wide across brand portfolio. As such, his team and internal corporate stakeholders implement diversity initiatives that include Resource Groups, mentoring programs for high potential women and people of color, a communications and public relations strategy to drive internal engagement and external brand recognition, and enhanced brand marketing effort to further focus on multicultural and LGBT audiences. Formerly, a principal in Mercer’s Diversity & Inclusion Practice, part of the Talent business segment, he joined Mercer from Aon Hewitt where he served as the Global Head of Diversity. A proven thought leader in the space of diversity and inclusion who seeks to enable a transformation of mindset, he is a visionary leader and strategist, certified administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)TM and a certified facilitator in Cultural Transformation ToolsTM. Tyronne partners with Orlando Ashford, the President of Mercer’s Talent business, to drive the overall operation in optimizing a comprehensive suite of diversity programs impacting 19,000 employees within 35 countries. This governance supports and empowers associate network focus groups and leadership forums, and provides opportunities for meaningful dialogue between management and key multicultural talent.

Lauren Aguilar, PhD—partner at Paradigm—is one of the world’s foremost scientific experts on diversity and inclusion. She specializes in translating science into practical strategies that organizations and individuals can use to cultivate more diverse and inclusive workplaces. She examines how people work together in communities—how they communicate and connect with others, and how they see themselves “fitting in” at work. Her research demonstrates how to create a sense of belonging for all individuals in an organization.

Lauren got her PhD in social psychology at Columbia University and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Clayman Institute for Gender Research and the Department of Psychology at Stanford University.

Caroline Wanga is responsible for facilitating Target's intent to champion an inclusive society via consulting on inclusive guest experiences, facilitating the evolution of an inclusive work environment, supporting the diversity of the workforce and Target's role in external partnerships and communities. Caroline began her career at Target in 2005, as an intern in its Distribution group, subsequently serving in a variety of roles. In 2009, she moved into Human Resources and served as a HR generalist. In 2015, Caroline was promoted into her current role as Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion. Caroline has one daughter, who is currently studying Computer Engineering with a concentration Integrated Digital Media, at New York University (NYU.) Caroline is a Kenyan citizen and currently resides in Minneapolis with her longtime significant other, Rasheen.

In addition, he will develop D&I initiatives that align with the League’s business goals.
