Workplace Application:
This session dives into the role of the manager and provides specific steps you can follow to make career conversations part of your everyday routine.
In order to sustain high levels of performance there must be a link between an employees' passion and the organization's needs. An effective way to insure that linkage is to hold every manager accountable for facilitating development discussions with their employees. If an individual is positively challenged, finds work to be meaningful, and believes their manager cares about their growth, their engagement will be high. This session provides a new model for day to day career conversations.
