Workplace Application:
You will learn strategies for managing workplace romance and avoiding the many pitfalls these relationships can cause.
Workplace relationships can end badly for both the individuals involved and their employer. Court rulings have complicated the situation by imposing greater obligations on employers to ensure that both parties act professionally - especially after the relationship ends - and that other employees aren't adversely affected or offended. This session will teach you how do you minimize the risk when the lines between romantic relationships and work responsibilities are blurred.
