Exhibit Hall Hours | Conferences

Dedicated time and special events have been planned into the exhibit hall hours. This is guaranteed networking time for exhibitors and attendees. We consider all exhibitors to be an essential part of this conference and we invite them to participate in the conference.

Monday, April 27

8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.       Exhibitor Move-in (All exhibits must be set by 3:00 p.m.)
8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.       Exhibitor Registration
4:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.       Grand Opening and Reception in the Exhibit Hall

Tuesday, April 28

9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.       Exhibitor Registration
9:30 a.m.–11:00 a.m.     Exhibit Hall Open – Coffee Break until 10:45 a.m.
11:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.     Exhibit Hall Closed
1:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.       Exhibit Hall Open
1:45 p.m.–3:15 p.m.       Dessert Break in the Exhibit Hall
4:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.       Exhibit Hall Open/Reception in the Exhibit Hall
5:45 p.m.                        Grand Prize Drawing in the Exhibit Hall
6:00 p.m.                    Exhibit Hall Closed

Exhibitors can begin tear-down at 6:00 p.m. and must be completed by 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28.
