This workshop will help you understand why people behave the way they do and how to use assertive communication as a reasonable response to conflict.
True inclusion continues to be elusive. Despite greater commitments toward inclusion, organizational cultures still tend more towards assimilation than they do actual inclusion. Inclusion is not merely an attitude or a state of mind, but requires action. This workshop will introduce a tangible and actionable model of inclusion you can use in assessing and guiding your organization’s efforts toward greater inclusion. You will leave with:
- A definition and model of inclusive organizational culture, including relevant indicators and practices for changing your culture.
- An initial assessment of your culture and clarity regarding your next actions.
- A draft action plan for achieving greater inclusion, based on your initial assessment and the broader organizational context.
