This significant shift has been the most exciting and promising development in the industry in decades. In this session, participants will learn the framework used by hundreds of organizations to transform their approach to D&I to become both more effective and successful. They will also delve into why Cultural Competence is so important for D&I work; why so many D&I practitioners are beginning to use it and how it creates greater buy-in and involvement from leaders.
