The field of workplace D&l is a challenging and exciting career path for those who seek to create positive changes in organizations. Competent D&l practitioners must be more than passionate believers: they must be strong communicators, who can effectively negotiate and influence, people; humble leaders, who can interact with and motivate individuals and groups; and savvy business professionals, who are willing to initiate and steer organizational change.
