Evaluate human performance and modify business practices to meet the demands of technology and social advancements

Diversity and inclusion professionals at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University created a new business model titled “Human Utility Business (HUB)” to innovate the sustainability of human energy exerted within diverse and inclusive operating environments. The HUB© blends Lean Six Sigma with strategic leadership to strengthen human talent and energy and the way the talent is resourced, and links velocity and exposure to a person's demographic elements to increase human performance to its highest sustainable end. Program participants are immersed in human to human (H2H) communities virtually (using 3D modeling) or in physical spaces in real-time to bolster their desire to be creative, productive, and to complete meaningful tasks that lead to sustainable and productive results. Hear how the HUB is used as a retention tool designed to improve the level of engagement participants have within their environment with special attention on the resiliency of under-represented populations.
