Bruce Elliott will discuss his experiences introducing a health savings account (HSA) and health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) to employees. You will learn about tactics and strategies you can use to avoid the ACA excise tax on Cadillac Plans coming in 2018, as well as other compliance issues, communication/education challenges, and cost-management effects.This presentation will help you transition a traditional PPO plan to a CDHP while maintaining comparable coverage through implementation of Health Reimbursement Arrangement and employer funded Health Savings Accounts.
