Cross-functional teams of passionate HR and Security professionals, consultants, academics, and line managers have worked since 2009 to create professional national workforce standards in the areas of compensation, diversity and inclusion, measures and metrics, workplace violence prevention, and organizational staffing. In this session we will demonstrate how to use two recently published standards in your organization and how to partner within your leadership to make their application successful.
