Intended Audience: Beginner (Committing to I&D), Advanced (Elevating I&D), Intermediate (Fostering I&D)

This class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Modifications can be shown to be suitable for all levels. Push yourself and walk out feeling strong.

Learning Objectives:

• Understand how fitness is an important part of daily life 

• Increase your understanding of how HIIT improves cardiovascular function and strength 

• Integrate HIIT techniques into your existing fitness routine
