What does equity mean to you? Join your peers in this interactive roundtable to collectively explore and redefine the evolving concept of equity in the workplace. Through open dialogue and shared experiences, participants will examine how traditional definitions of equity have fallen short – often, it’s because the word equity can mean something different to each of us. Join us in crafting a definition of workplace equity that is both actionable and sustainable in inclusion and diversity efforts.

Roundtable Prompts
1) How do you define equity in your organization?
2) What equity initiatives does your organization undertake? What gaps or challenges have you encountered with these initiatives, if any?
3) Does your organization have mechanisms in place to measure equity outcomes? And if yes, what are they?
