Our Inner Critic is that voice inside our head that is critical of ourselves and others. We need to understand why intrinsic worthiness is essential to overcoming the Inner Critic, and furthermore, that confidence and worthiness are not the same thing. In this session, experience exercises designed to help you identify your Inner Critic in action and learn how to coach your Inner Critic by unpacking best practices to return to your compassionate center.
This Breakout Session aligns with the foundational Hurdle, the Inner Critic, which will be introduced in our opening Keynote.
