Participants will learn actionable strategies for policy updates, communication tools, tech integration, training, and creating supportive networks to foster inclusivity for Deaf/Hard of Hearing employees in their workplaces.

In this session, participants will learn practical strategies for fostering inclusivity and supporting Deaf/Hard of Hearing employees in the workplace. We'll explore effective communication techniques, accommodations, and best practices for creating a supportive environment where all team members can thrive. Learning Objectives:

1. Comprehend Communication Challenges: Participants will understand the unique communication challenges faced by Deaf/Hard of Hearing (D/HH) employees, including barriers to effective communication and the impact on workplace interactions and productivity.
