Learn about the latest industry trend by delving into the vast potential of Cultural Integration and its implementation framework, the CARDS Model. A recently developed cultural change management concept, the CARDS Model is a tool that helps HR leaders quickly address emerging cultural shifts happening in their workplace environment with confidence and grace. This session will provide a comprehensive overview of the organizational application of the CARDS Model through an analysis of three recent case studies concluding with an engaging Q&A that encourages discussions about application and tracking integration performance.

Learning Objectives:

1. Participants will gain insights into the potential benefits of cultural integration in today's workplace and recognize the importance of acculturation as a more effective approach than assimilation.

2. The workshop will equip participants with insights on how to effectively manage cultural change within organizations, fostering a harmonious and inclusive work environment.

3. Through the analysis of three real-world case studies, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how the CARDS Model can be applied to drive successful cultural integration within organizational systems.

4. The question-and-answer session will provide a platform for participants to engage in thought-provoking discussions, allowing for the exchange of ideas and experiences related to cultural integration in the workplace.
