Organizations have grown to recognize that diverse teams yield better, more innovative results; yet the disability is often the forgotten element within the DEI equation. This session aims to enhance understanding of this talent segment and offer practical strategies for integrating disability inclusion into existing processes. Bridging the gap between organizations and the disability community is crucial for true diversity.
