As CEO of TalentEdgeAI, Raleen leverages 20 years of experience in workforce management to drive the product design and vision to infuse AI automation into the sourcing and screening of candidates.  Previously GM of Talent Intelligence at Magnit and Global VP of Market Intelligence at ManpowerGroup, she led the industry in delivering workforce, compensation, hiring, and employment data to enable strategies for better talent attraction and retention.  She has a marketing degree from Bentley University, teaches intelligence certification courses at ACI, and serves on the advisory board for HR.com and a number of Universities seeking to elevate data analytics.
