The "Navigating the Inclusion Storm" session is designed to help organizations understand and adapt to the increasing societal and workforce challenges that impact their operations. Prepare for the DEIB storms that are rapidly advancing, such as external societal issues, talent shortages, and shifting workforce demographics. This session offers strategies for creating resilient, inclusive workplaces. HR Leaders can avoid the cost of continuously responding to these business imperatives with reactionary solutions.

This session outlines agile strategies for storm-proofing your organization through innovative, inclusive policies, talent management strategies, and succession planning that avoids narrow definitions of diversity to ensure that their inclusion strategies are inclusive of all the constituents they serve. Additionally, the session will provide practical tools, case studies, interactive exercises, and resources to enhance organizational development and learning. The session will also encourage the discussion of specific challenges and the sharing of insights among attendees.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the impact of the current DEIB and workforce shifts.
  • Identify the risks and consequences of failing to establish innovative approaches to the myriad of human storms impacting individuals, cultural groups, and society as a whole.
  • Practical tools, insights, strategies, and resources to build and sustain a culture of inclusion and belonging in the midst of any storm.
