Did you know the data shows that 8 years from now, Hispanics will no longer be a minority? The LatinX workforce makes up nearly 20% of American workers but remains an untapped source of talent. This energetic presentation will highlight the unique characteristics of the Hispanic culture and their meaning in the workplace. We will explore the fundamental differences of this culture and provide some tips on how to make Hispanic employees feel engaged and valued.
