The field of workplace D&I is a challenging and exciting career path for those who seek to create positive changes in organizations. Competent D&I practitioners must be more than “passionate believers”; they must be strong communicators who can effectively negotiate and influence people, humble leaders who can interact with and motivate individuals and groups, and savvy business professionals who are willing to initiate and steer organizational change.

This one-day interactive workshop, led by dynamic expert facilitators with more than 10 years of experience in the field, will introduce new and aspiring D&I practitioners to a broad range of necessary knowledge, tasks and competencies, based on cutting-edge research, best practices and real-life case studies.

Additional fee and preregistration required.
