In 2019 the Texas Society of Association Executives adopted a big undertaking to map out a diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic initiative for the organization. See how TSAE pushed forward through surveys and focus groups to not only define and adopt a DEI position statement but build out a DEI committee as well as create a DEI Assessment Tool to assist other organizations create their own organizational path on DEI efforts.
