Eric Garvey is a HR leader based in Los Angeles, CA who is currently a Director of People Experience at Zwift, a fitness company born from gaming. Over the course of his career he has been responsible for practices focused on engaging and developing employees in the areas of leadership development, coaching, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and broader human resources. He's worked for companies such as Insperience, Riot Games, Target Corporation, and Korn Ferry. He obtained his Master's in I/O Psychology at Minnesota State University, Mankato and his Bachelor's in Psychology at the University of Minnesota.
