As organizations seek to examine their workplace practices for inclusion and rebuild systems that provide equitable access and opportunity to all, managers will play a critical role in the success of new organizational policies and initiatives.
This session sets the stage for how our diverse social identities play out in the workplace and provides actionable steps managers can take to lead their teams inclusively and equitably as they hire, give feedback and promote their direct reports. The session also helps managers consider how they foster psychologically safe team environments to support their teams in producing their best work individually and collectively.
