This session will examine the latest AI research among HR and business leaders, a framework to develop your AI strategy, and new skills and training programs you can use to lead your HR function in using artificial intelligence.

- Understand what artificial intelligence is and how it can be used to enhance the employee experience.
- A review of how early adopter HR leaders are using artificial intelligence to transform the employee experience and realize business results.
- Identify a business problem that can be solved using artificial intelligence and then assemble a cross-functional team of business stakeholders to create a shared vision for developing proof of concepts to leverage AI for HR.
