Malinda Riley works with clients to address a full range of total remuneration and employee benefits challenges.  From day to day issues to long term strategic planning, Malinda partners with her clients to meet their business needs.  Her expertise centers on the design and analysis of benefit and total remuneration programs. 

Malinda understands the employee benefits challenges facing clients today and develops solutions to address escalating costs, administrative inefficiency and employee education. Increasingly, she works with clients across all industry sectors to ensure they have the right mix of compensation and benefit programs that fit the needs and objectives of the organization while maintaining cost and market competitiveness. 

Malinda’s expertise includes the following:

  • Analysis of competitiveness, design, and cost effectiveness of clients total remuneration programs, including in depth analysis of benefits as well as impact analysis of significant plan design changes on total compensation mix
  • Analysis of competitiveness and design of executive retirement plans and perquisites
  • Comparison of the compensation structure, incentive plan design and benefit plan designs against the organization’s Total Remuneration philosophy, and
  • Health & welfare and Retirement plan design.
