Employee wellness has boomed – off of really bad data. Much of what is being sold to employers is not supported by good science. And something needs to be done. It's time to move beyond empty promises, funny math, and outdated programs that waste time and money. This session will reveal the realities of what is and isn't real with employee wellness, why wellbeing matters, and how to effectively foster it in a way that is sustainable. You will learn how to:
- Identify the realities and “stuckness” of traditional employee wellness programs.
- What actually contributes to health care costs.
- The critical link of organizational effectiveness with employee wellbeing.
- Define a seven-step blueprint that supports thriving wellbeing while also enhancing organizational performance.
