This session will help you understand your candidates and how to optimize the candidate journey by tailoring your messaging to resonate with the individuals you most want to attract.
By mapping the candidate journey, you can create an experience for job seekers that will excite them about the prospect of working for your company. Each candidate and each journey is different, making it important that you think about what job seekers are doing, thinking, feeling and experiencing. You will learn:
• The difference between a candidate experience and a candidate journey.
• How candidates feel throughout the job search journey so that you can create the type of experience that attracts, engages and, ultimately, convinces top talent that your company is right for them.
• How to leverage content to make it more accessible and relevant to candidates.
• How to identify the different types of job seekers and understand their needs in order to tailor your messaging to resonate with the types of job seekers you most want to attract.
