This session will help you benefit from the capacity of having the right kind of conflict.
Conflict, done well, is an important aspect of decision-making and problem solving. It is also pretty rare. Help your organization more fully utilize the diversity of perspectives, experiences and identities in its workforce by changing your thinking about and approach to conflict. This session will cover the what, why and how of respectful disagreement. This session will help you:
- Understand the importance of conflict done well, specifically as it applies to collective decision-making and problem solving.
- Examine some of the common barriers to doing conflict well.
- Utilize individual and collective practices to better engage in respectful disagreement.
