This session will highlight the most impactful findings on job creation and talent demand trends across the U.S. for various industries, geographies and company sizes, and provide insight on how you can effectively find, screen and hire in this new era of recruiting. This session will cover:

Insights on talent demand and talent availability: When looking at trending data from 2014 and 2015, there are notable gaps between positions available and the available talent throughout the U.S. Based on these trends, you will learn if your region or industry may require a specific focus on fostering a best-in-class recruitment strategy. Hiring data from early 2016 will also be revealed.

Hiring trends based on industry, geography and company size:. You will gain insight depending on where your business falls in terms of industry, location and company size. These insights can be used to make adjustments in your hiring process based on your business’s needs.

New strategies for hiring: Due to new technologies and a growing amount of job opportunities, the behavior of job seekers has evolved. Candidates are now turning to their mobile devices to search and apply for jobs, and significant trends have been recorded for certain states, industries and company sizes. Behaviors of passive candidates have also been analyzed, including the amount of passive candidates in talent pools by region, the ratio of passive candidates to job applicants within companies, and passive candidate trends by company size.
