You will learn ways to effectively attract new members to your chapter, details of the recruitment cycle, as well as how new membership growth leads to chapter success. This session will show you how to develop a membership growth plan for your chapter. You will also leave with ideas on how to motivate your board members and increase their engagement to help you accomplish your plan.
