Mark Fowler will use Tanenbaum's Religious Diversity Index to highlight the areas in which companies should consider making changes and improvements in terms of religion. Nadine Augusta will provide examples of what her company has done to integrate religion into their D&I structure, such as conducting a complete policy review and implementing quiet rooms in all of their global offices. The presenters will offer concrete recommendations for how to build a corporate religious diversity initiative from scratch. This session will show you:
