The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) began hearing new cases in early October 2024, with decisions expected to impact workplaces for years. This session will discuss the influential cases from the last couple of years, the current docket, potential cases within the lower courts that may affect workplaces, and decisions with long-term precedential value. It will also preview how other federal and state courts interpret influential workplace laws daily, emphasizing the judicial branch’s role in bringing these laws to life.
