This session will provide new approaches for preventing such misbehavior and effectively dealing with big shots before it's too late for them or for you. This session will help you: - Identify organizational "big shots" whose patterns of bullying/abusive behavior compromise business objectives and the overall value of their contributions. - Explain to other leaders how big shot misbehavior conflicts with organizational values and creates risks which limit the benefits big shots typically provide. - Develop specific behavioral counseling which counter typical big shot objections to organizational intervention or corrective action.
