This session will focus on the design and integration of your company’s different health and welfare programs to achieve compliance with the Affordable Care Act while minimizing costs and maximizing the objective of promoting a healthy and productive workforce. This session will help you become more familiar with consumer directed products and their importance in your health insurance line-up as well as how to integrate wellness with your company’s overall health insurance program. You will learn:
• Advantages of different types of offerings: HSAs, Fully Insured, Self Insured, Private Exchanges and Wellness Plans.
• The pros and cons of offering spousal coverage.
• How to demystify ACA filing requirements
