Workplace Application:
Participants will learn that since hiring diverse leadership talent is more competitive than ever- how can they be creative and authentic in their sourcing techniques (both within the HR/recruiting function and activation of line leaders) to achieve greater diverse talent. 

This session will focus on the prioritization for developing strategies and channels to source diverse leaders, managers and other professional roles and  create a partnership with business executives to attract top talent during up and down cycles. HR and Recruiting professionals will learn about professional networks beyond traditional functional sources to develop sustainable relationships with potential diverse candidates.
