Celebrate an enriching first day of programming with your fellow AI+HI Project attendees. Cocktail Hour will be on the First Floor of the Computer History Museum until 6:45 PM. Then, join us for dinner & programming in the Hahn Auditorium on the second floor. Before you head out for the night, spend some time exploring the museum exhibits and enjoying some sweet treats back on the first floor.

PASSED HORS D'OEUVRES include HOUSE-SMOKED SALMON ROE: roasted beet blini, crème fraîche, chive, POTATO CRUSTED CHICKEN CROQUETTE: drizzled with truffled honey, chive, STEMPLE CREEK BEEF CARPACCIO ON CROSTINI: caper aïoli, white truffle oil, shaved parmesan reggiano, JAPANESE VEGETABLE SUSHI: house rolled sushi filled with avocado, snow peas, pickled daikon, carrot, cucumber, and DUCK CONFIT AND CHERRY JAM: shiso, walnut butter, pickled shallot 

THE SERVED DINNER 

  • FIRST COURSE: CHARRED PEAR AND PECORINO SALAD: young greens, aged balsamic, nut brittle crunch 
  • ENTRÉE: ROASTED SONOMA GAME HEN: toasted bread salad, crisp green vegetables, roasted garlic, charred tomatillo vinaigrette, lemon herb demi-glaze (Halal) 
    • VEGETARIAN ALTERNATIVE 
    • A vegetarian alternative will be available for all courses. Servers will offer artisan breads with sweet butter, available through entrée service. 
  • RUSTIC ROLLS and ACME RUSTIC ROLLS with WHIPPED BUTTER: gently kissed with local honey 

PETITE SWEETS STATION includes BAKLAVA: walnuts and pistachios, CHOCOLATE POT DE CRÈME: bittersweet chocolate custard, chantilly cream, GUAVA CHEESECAKE: accented with lime and strawberry, and WARM BITE-SIZED BEIGNETS: cinnamon sugar 

COFFEE & TEA featuring RED BAY COFFEE (regular and decaffeinated offered french press style with five mountains teas)

NOTES: Kosher meals will be available for attendees who requested them in advance. Please turn in your dietary card that you received at Registration to a member of the Banquets staff.
