Milton J. Perkins, PhD ABD, MSHRM, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPC, is the chief accountability and human resources officer for Vanguard Integrity Professionals, a leader in cybersecurity software and solutions. Previously, he was the Senior Director of Workforce Solutions for Agile•1 (HR consulting practice leader). Other positions Milton has held are the recruitment/staffing practice leader for EDS/ExcellerateHRO, managing director for Kaufman, VonStuben & Associates and the global talent acquisition leader for Hewitt Associates. Milton has a tremendous wealth of practical, research, teaching and consulting experience in human capital strategies, tactics and initiatives. He was also the SHRM’s director, North Central Region, responsible for facilitating strategic planning and providing advice and counsel to the Society’s volunteer members and leaders. He has been teaching SHRM courses for nearly 15 years.

Milton is completing his PhD (2015) research in Organizational Management – Human Resources, focusing on the topic of Environmental Variables Impacting Virtual Employee Engagement. He received his Masters of Science in Human Resources, as well as Bachelors of Science in Management, Computer Information Systems. He holds certifications as a SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and CPC. He has completed human resource leadership studies at the Disney Institute, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Executive Leadership Development Program at Babson College, and the PDI Assessment Center.

Sandy Allgeier is a consultant, trainer and facilitator to assist organizations best maximize their human resources potential. Prior to beginning her consulting business in early 2000, Sandy had over 25 years experience as a human resources professional. Sandy's corporate human resources management experiences include Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Atria Assisted Living with 7000 employees located in 26 states, as well as serving as Director, Human Resources for Providian Corporation, a Fortune 500 Financial Services company. Prior to this, Sandy was Director, Field Human Resources for KFC Corporation. She is experienced in directing all phases of human resources management from recruiting and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development.

Sandy has solid experience as a speaker, workshop leader and facilitator, and is known for engaging her audiences with a high degree of participation. Specifically, she has conducted hundreds of workshops/training programs for clients. Sandy also assists organizations by providing professional and executive coaching, utilizing a variety of tools including 360 feedback systems.

Sandy is recognized as a leader within her profession, and was presented the 1999 Award for Professional Excellence by the Louisville, Kentucky chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management. She has been selected as a national faculty member and facilitator for the Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM) Human Resources Generalist as well as the Recruitment and Retention Certificate Programs. Her major focus today is in assisting organizations develop its leaders of today and the future.

Marla Bradley founded Bradley Lambert (BLI) in 1979, with a vision to improve the performance of organizations by developing skills and knowledge of individuals who work and manage in them. Ms. Bradley leads the organization in developing learning solutions, consulting with clients on their training needs; designing individual training products for clients and helping in their implementation.

Ms. Bradley is a much sought after facilitator and public speaker. She has facilitated thousands of meetings from Board of Director planning meetings to rescuing teams that are failing to make progress. She is asked to give key note speeches on organizational improvement issues at corporate off site meetings and planning sessions. She and her team regularly conduct workshops for the clients or facilitate high level presentations by client executives and senior staff to employees.

Ms. Bradley has been an adjunct Professor at Loyola Marymount University in their Executive MBA Program. She has been a lead instructor and program designer for the Certificate in Management Effectiveness, an executive program offered through the University of Southern California (USC), Graduate School of Business Administration. She also has conducted seminars for the Instructional Television Network at USC.

Ms. Bradley received her Bachelor of Science and a Master in Business Administration from USC.

Her latest book, Extraordinary Outcomes: Shaping an Otherwise Unpredictable Future (John Wiley & Sons, 2014), provides a practical framework to help organizations navigate in a world of uncertainty.

Dr. Firstenberg is the recipient of the 2002 UCLA Department of Psychology Faculty Distinguished Teaching Award and the 2011 UCLA Extension Distinguished Teaching Award.
