This session teaches strategies to recognize and embrace human qualities in leadership. Highlights include the need to move away from the robotic, one-size-fits-all approach and focus on leading people by understanding their fallibility, and acknowledging the challenges of change.  The presentation 'unlocks human potential,' by teaching a transformative perspective on leadership that will inspire leaders to adopt a more effective approach.  By doing this, leaders are better equipped to engage, attract, and retain all generations of employees.
