Day One is about Building the Foundation
We will spend this first day unpacking the basics to build a solid understanding of what “people analytics” means exactly, how it can be applied to your day-to-day work and why it should be used in the workplace.

Day Two is about HR Application
Through case studies and concentrated working groups, day two will provide practical applications of how you can begin to implement people analytics throughout your HR function.
