Rick Williams is the senior vice president human resources, Printpack, Inc., Atlanta, Ga. Rick joined Printpack as the VP of HR in November of 2007 and is responsible for providing the strategic people direction for the organization including EHS. Prior to joining Printpack, Rick spent nine years with Alcoa serving as Director of Talent Management, Global Safety Director, and Director of HR for Alcoa Primary Metals. Williams also spent 22 years with Alumax in various line and staff positions ranging from production supervisor to VP of HR for Alumax Primary Metals where he supported business turn-arounds, greenfield startups, and international due-diligence.

Natalie has served as the Vice President of Human Resources for LifeLock since 2010 providing overall strategic direction to the HR function of our workforce with over 630 employees in multiple states across the country. Natalie ensures HR is the business partner driving the culture and strategic direction of the company as well as streamlining business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. She provides strategic support linking business unit/operations strategies, coaching business units/operations through organization, regulator and business issues and coaching business partners to create and maintain a work environment focused on high employee engagement.
Recognized for her diplomatic approach in managing confidential/sensitive issues, she is respected for her sound judgment under stress, political savvy, and resourcefulness as a leader. She holds over fifteen years of extensive background and experience in HR strategy, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining LifeLock, Natalie serviced as Vice President of Human Resources at Childhelp, responsible for providing overall strategic Human Resources leadership for the non-profit organization of 550 employees throughout six states. Natalie also served as Vice President of Human Resources serving as support for the President and executive leadership for a billion dollar oil company, Giant Industries, Inc., with locations across the United States.
Natalie is a member of numerous professional organizations including the National Society of Human Resource Management, Valley of the Sun Human Resources Association and WordatWork. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and is awarded certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) , as well as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

Jack Farnan is currently Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Mitchell International, where he manages the Human Resources, Payroll, Facilities and Physical Security functions. Prior to joining Mitchell, he was Vice President of Human Resources at ComStream Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of satellite-based telecommunications systems for the international marketplace. Before that he was Vice President of Human Resources at ORINCON, a research and development company specializing in digital signal processing, artificial intelligence and neural networks.
Jack is also currently an instructor in the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) Human Resources Leadership Program and is on the Human Resources Advisory Committee of the Board of San Diego's Public Library System. Jack received the "HR Professional of the Year" Award in San Diego in 2008 and he received the "Human Resources Lifetime Achievement Award" in 2009. He earned his Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Dayton and his Master's degree from Wright State University.

Inc. and Southwest Airlines, Sartain led significant business transformation initiatives as a member of executive leadership teams and guided global human resources efforts focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing employees. Sartain serves on the Board of Directors of ManpowerGroup and was on the Board of Peet's Coffee & Tea, Inc. from 2007 to 2012. She is on the Board of the SHRM Foundation and is a Trustee for the National Academy of Human Resources Foundation. She also advises several start-ups and Fortune 500 organizations on HR, Employer Branding and Talent Management.
