The topic of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) has been an area of focus in organizations for several years. However, many leaders and employees believe that little progress has been made in terms of truly leveraging the value of D&I to create inclusive work environments. In general, organizations encounter specific challenges that may limit opportunities to move the needle regarding D&I in the workplace.
