During this session, you will learn how to gain control over your work by leveraging the skills of self-motivated curiosity to help gain credibility, improve candidate assessment, and understand the commercial language of your business. You will learn key project management skills and how to transform into a more consultative and strategic recruiter. You will learn the clues to getting organized with stakeholders by setting and managing expectations, creating recruiting and plans and strategies in advance, and leveraging some simple tools to keep you in control of your work.
