In this session, you’ll learn how to build and grow an inclusion and diversity (I&D) strategy and optimize performance in attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent. This session will provide tactical strategies in establishing I&D goals that align with overall business strategy and drive I&D accountability with key stakeholders. You will also learn how to develop an I&D framework and build partnerships for success, as well as the importance of translating organizational I&D objectives and strategy to business unit/local relevance and fully integrating I&D into HR processes. You will gain:
