She was selected to execute congressionally mandated Diversity & Inclusion programs for federal government executives and selected to execute Unconscious Bias programs for landmark discrimination cases at several corporations. Sonia brings a unique world view as someone born in the Philippines, raised in Hawaii, is a former exchange student to Russia and a world traveler who delivers programs for major corporations around the globe.
