Award-Winning Global Speaker Sonia Aranza is a 25+ year veteran in the field of Diversity & Inclusion.  Her clients include Boeing, CIA, McDonald’s, NASA and many more.  Ms. Aranza is on the Faculty of Howard University’s Executive Diversity Program.  The U.S. Department of Labor describes her work as “Outstanding.”  She was selected to execute congressionally mandated programs for landmark cases and SHRM featured her as a Diversity & Inclusion Expert in HR Magazine.  Ms. Aranza was honored “Outstanding Woman of the Year” by the National Association of Professional Asian American Women, 100 Most Influential Filipina Americans in the United States and 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World.
