With close to 15 years of experience in global human resources, Rina is a specialist in strategic global mobility, immigration and talent management. She is often called upon to speak about her experience aligning business strategy with global mobility. For the last decade, she has worked with News Corp - Sky D - 21st Century Fox - The Wall Street Journal - NewsPicks- Dow Jones, aligning the businesses under a single strategic direction. Working out of both New York and Germany, her experience includes policy development and implementation, global talent recruitment strategy/management and immigration compliance. Prior to NewsCorp, Rina lived and worked in Germany at General Motors as a Sr. Int’l Human Resources Consultant developing global training solutions and recruitment tools/processes. She is a native German and English speaker with fluency in an additional 4 languages including French and Spanish. She holds a degree in business administration and master’s degree in law. Additionally, she holds the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certification from the Worldwide ERC and serves on several global mobility advisory councils. She also lectures on Global Mobility and Immigration at NYU Grad School, Harvard and Yale.
